Neither Laidlaw & Company (UK) Ltd. nor Laidlaw Private Equity, LLC own or manage the venture investment vehicles in the Private Stakes Program. Laidlaw Private Equity, LLC has an economic and corporate interest in the Managing Member of the respective vehicles. Laidlaw & Company (UK) Ltd. acted as Participating Dealer for the respective offerings of each alternative investment vehicle and, subject to certain conditions, may be eligible for distributions from the Member Manager.
